Made a little more progress. 798rwhp 723rwtq @11psi boost, 13 deg timing, 93 octane.
silversurfer- Not sure what part you're referring to as the "plastic plenum".
Chris- I'll probably stop tomorrow at 12-13psi until I get some tires on it. Even then I probably won't push it much past 1000rwhp unless it seems like the car could use it.
52172- Still can't decide on tires. Either going with 345 M&H's on 18in CCW's or Hoosier R6's on the stock wheels.

Thanks guys. Ran it today and made 854/750 at 13psi, 93 octane. I stopped there as the stock runflats were no longer hanging on. (that's why torque is low)
The car feels very fast! Boost per gear works awesome. I still have to ease into the gas in 1st but I then hammer 2nd 3rd and 4th and got great traction on a brushed concrete highway. Pretty neat to see the boost step up after each gear change on the data log. Will be even better with sticky tires.
ssilverssurfer- That part is cast aluminum.

Drove the car to the track tonight (lots of fun )
Ran 10.6 @141 on a 1.9 60ft. Stock tires.
Boost was-
1st- 6psi
2nd-8psi
3rd-10psi
4th-11psi
Very tractable, easy to drive with the gear based boost control. No traction problems at all with the stock tires and those boost controller settings.

Jim,
fantastic!!!!!!!! that car is the dream car I will always work towards. 10.6@141mph on stock tires and pump gas and moderate boost sounds like a package that will be a complete blast to drive everyday you want to and never have a lick of trouble with the engine. how will the driveline hold up with this kind of power on the ZO6? I don't know enough about that Corvette yet to grasp the concept of its power handling capabilities. I am sure with the factory power output it should be pretty well beefed up from the General. I know the clutch is upgraded but thats about it..lol
again that is a seriously impressive setup. enjoy it!!

That's a great run on street tires Jim! MPH = HP. Especially at a max 11psi.
