Default 9" soon... Procharger gear ratio???

Hey all,
Figure the FI section would be a better place to ask this question.

I'm looking to order a 9" soon, and curious what most people with prochargers are running.

The new setup will consist of the following:
370" forged iron block
AFR heads
EPP cam
and ~12-14lbs of boost.

Numbers in sig are from a stock bottom end 346 and stock 10bolt

I have the stock 3.42 ratio now, and wonder what others are running.

Should also mention that this is mostly street driven car, seldom will be going to the track.

Any input is welcome

Thanks...

Thanks...

I have 3.70s and with BFG DRs, approx 25" tire, I am deeeeeeeeeep into 4th when crossing the traps at 126mph.

Personally I think the 3.70s are a good choice... I think Ill be fine with a 26" tire.

3.70 would be the gear I would go with, especially if you ever end up putting a 28" tall tire on the rear in the future. Bob

Thanks for the replies, i am going to keep the 6 speed, so maybe the 3.70 would be the way to go, because I am going to go with a taller tire.

Thanks for all the replies.

since u are keeping the 6 speed u will have those extra gears and the 3.70's should cruise very well on the highway and still give u some get up and go from a stop
