Is this Jesse or Jake, I'm thinking Jesse cuz Jake's car is black?

So that's a 94mm turbo? A/A? What temps do you see driving around if you beat on it here and there?

God..... awesome man.... Makes me sad I didn't decide about two years ago to just go ahead and build a single turbo LT1.....

Yeah It's me Jesse.....Just had a t101 on there and it was too big for a stick...now it's the EZ94X and it works great......I got rid of the air to water for a big air to air....now the temp gets to about 10 deg. above amb. if I'm beating on it......cools back down to outside air temp real fast.

No..I data logged it on my FAST and logged it with the eboost and it only made 24-26psi...The map sensor on his dyno is off......In fact it wouldn't make anymore psi even if I went max, that type of dyno just didn't load up the turbo enough....and maybe the stick didn't help any.....on the street I have already seen over 30psi and man does that pull!

We have another customer that looks like he is going with the EZ billet 94 on a LT1 383 as well. Local boy here......

He's wanting to run some LOW 5's-high 4's at the local 1/8th.....don't know if that LT1 block can hold it though.

The turbo should make around 1350-1400rwhp. Compressor flow will support over 1700 crank HP...which is awesome for a 94mm. Only 94 that can match it on compressor flow is the FI-94X ETT unit.

A friend of my has twin 72's and has made 1250 at the wheels through a 400. That was not cranking on it either.. and he just broke a rod during a street race...so everything in the Lt1 motor is smashed...but it looks like the block still held up....he has been 8.7's at 158 I think?..and that was turned down a bit..

The FI-94X or the EZ94X?? Different units.....

Fireball can tell you exactly what needs to be changed on the FI-94X since he had a GT47-88. The EZ94 with a cover change will pretty much drop in.

Any new #'s man?? Local boy is foaming at the mouth with his car. Turbo kit is sold and he's working on fitting the EZ-94 in.

No, nothing new....I can feel the power bump when I hit the button on the shifter to go from 26psi to 29-30 psi, so I figure if I can feel it, it's probly a hundo or more at the wheels. I can't seem to get more then 29-30 out of the turbo and I may need to do some cold side tweaks, or tune changes to get full power out of it. It may just need a auto to load it a bit harder and force it to max out. But for the street, it's stupid fast anyway. I sure it's 1200 plus whp as it sits and thats good fun to be had.....Whats fun too is getting in and out of the throttle at 29-30psi and not even feeling the boost come and go! It's like a huge big block is under the hood! Power on power off, power on power off, it's just in power right now! FUN FUN FUN!

Yeah the turbo spools stupid fast for a 94mm. A customer of ours swapped to it from a regular 91.5mm turbo......picked up 800rpms of spool time and about 100hp at the same boost pressure and over 200rwtq in the mid rpm range. Also later down the road if you want we have a new race cover available for it as well. Picks up about another 100hp or so.

How does the car cool with that smaller radiator in there? I'm wondering how something like that would work down here.

It the race cover a 4 inch out let? and how big is the cover over all, compared to my old t101 cover? Oh.... where in the power band does it make that extra 100hp?

On hot days 85-100 deg. the coolant temps are around 200-210...and oil temps are 200-220.....After a few passes it gets hotter so I'll let it cool back down again....if it mild out 75 or less, it's never an issue......I don't have a/c though...and if I was down south I might reconsider that decision.

Thanks for that info. I don't think it would do too well down here then. Especially now with it being 95ish every day. Is that nozzle that runs above the turbo and enters near the BOV meth? What sort of compression ratio are you running?
