Thanks, I got the 2.5" 304SS bends and straight 4" from Columbia River. The 4" 304SS bends came from a place called Hyperformance Racing but a friend of mine sent me a link last night that has the bends for about 10.00 less per bend they are called global tech engineering.

I have a few more pics to update that I'll put up soon.

Just some updates on minor little things I could do while still waiting on the v band flange for the downpipe so I am limited to what I can do.

Made a new power steering line so it wouldnt get melted by the crossover pipe.

Rerouted some brake lines to get them away from the down pipe. In this pic I drilled a 15/32" hole in the pinch weld to get them as far away from the heat as I could.

Here's as far as I could go on the downpipe right now.

Could you get both C6 manifolds and build a twin setup and keep the AC? I was curious and couldn't make out in the pictures where the manifold flanges were. Thanks

Not sure if there would be enough room (lengthwise) on the rh side, the LS2 manifold dumps close to the center so the front of the turbo would be right where the balck half of the ac compressor is. You chould try to angle the turbo on that side outward to miss the ac compressor but the the back half of the turbo might hit the starter.

Got more done on the DP & finally got the other half of the V band flange I have been waiting 3 weeks for.

Its tight in some places but it clears everything, thinking I may have to wrap it near the rack boot though.

I think if I didnt have this BMR turbo K member a 4" down pipe would not work with a truck manifold on this side of the car.

That looks awesome!! I bet that zip tie on the brake line doesn't last long . Is your k-member bolted in all the way?? It looks like there is space between the flange and mounting surface in the last pic.

When everything is done I would like some overall detailed pictures since I will likely be duplicating your setup. Thanks

Thanks, yeah its bolted in. I went over everything with an Ingrisol impact & 150psi air pressure so it better be tight lol.

I dont mind sharing any pics that you might think would help you with your build, all my ideas came from looking at other peoples pics on here.

Thats good info to know thanks, I think my rack was leaking too, when I swapped the K-member I cleaned the rack real good so when I got it running again I could figure out where the leak was.
