depends how much hp you want. If your looking for 850+rwhp go with an 88mm. If you are looking for crazy power, go with a 91-94mm. call forced inductions, they will hook you up.

yah but with a good 91mm hes going to be making 1000rwhp at 15psi, in a daily driven m6 car he will be going through tires like there going out of style, the car will just sit there and spin all day long.

If you have the funds, the S91 or the FI-91X would be the one to have. If your on a budget, then go with the GT88. 88mm unit for less then 1200 bucks. Hard to beat that.

RWHP and ET goals can help in sizing your turbo. Also, which kit are you going with? Single or twin turbo?

I would say 80-91mm depending on your goals but being M6 will be difficult to spool 91mm on the street.

With the 91 at 15 psi, he should be close to 900 + or -. When I was running the 6 speed, my car would hardly spin at all. I could break spool in 1st to 11-12 lb and it would hardly roll the tires over. The only problem is him driving on 325/15 mt every day. No fun in the rain. haha

For the record. The 91 is not hard to spool with a 6 speed on the street. I could roll on it in 1st, full boost ( 14 lb at the time ), or brake spool rolling in 1st would get to 11-12lb real easy. Like stated above, the boost curve was real easy to hook. Prabably started spooling at 3200 full spool around 38-3900. The 6speed was much easier on tires than the new auto is, by a long shot. Reminder, I do run 325 mt dr's. I'm sure any street tire will be a smoke show.
