The old kits were $6495 for the T76.. and $5495 for the 60-1.

We are going to go over the cost of materials and come up with a price then.

Default Intercooler and Cross over (Wastegate)

The old intercooler used to utilize two cast end tanks and now have these big sheet metal end tanks instead.
The inlet inside diameter is almost 20% larger now!

Notice the mismatched welding gloves hehe

Here is the second part of the cross over pipe not mounted. We are going to use a TiAL 44mm instead of the 38mm only because the customer plans on building a bigger CID motor later on.
Notice the bracing on the wastegate. This is way our turbo systems last vs. the rest of the competition. Instead of just building support brackets to brace the flange, we build around the entire pipe to strengthen it.

I should have some more pictures for the second half of our day!

3.50"

Here is a picture of the air filter assembly without the paneling:
Note: it is not required to remove the paneling. I did it just for the picture

The kit is finished less the exhaust system. Here are a couple completed pictures of the crossover installed as well as the wastegate mounted.

We are also installing a Magnaflow 3" exhaust system which isn't installed as of yet but you can see where the downpipe exits in the pictures:

Here is what the top of the engine looks like fully installed. Everything is hidden, the way it should be

... except for that TiAL BOV which is a new addition in this kit

... Until tomorrow

Dam that killed it for me. Also Im not bashing turn your vaginas inward, But I thought log style manifolds where prone to cracking? I see pat mans kit and it looks dam good for a car that sat for a min just wondering. Im boosted already Im lookin to go front mount on my other z.

Love those Tillman gloves they have saved me from some major burns and they still allow plenty range of motion.

Their old kit has been on this car for at least five years. No cracking yet. Looking at the new kits, it looks like they have made some really nice improvements.

Nick - Any reason why you all moved the BOV up top? On my old kit, its hidden behind the front bumper cover for an even stealthier look.

The closer you have the BOV to the TB the better... This is definitely not our stealthiest kit but with the power goals the customer wants in the future we decided to place it right there.

If a system is tuned properly you shouldn't have to worry about cracking manifolds... If it does crack, send it back, we'll take care of you!

They aren't on the website because if they were that would make too much sense!

We dont have an online shopping card, just give me a call.
The easiest way is to PayPal it... that way I can copy and paste everything into an invoice

BACK ON TOPIC:
If I only got my injectors on time today....

Looks like a very nice kit. I have been looking at the APS TT kit to put on my Firehawk this winter. They seem to have some problems with their turbo's and some other problems.
I also don't want to cut the car up either for the intercooler.

The engine has 40k miles on it and is stock. From what I have read you can run 8-9 psi safely and have 500-550+ RWHP. I am looking for more than the T60 that would give around 450rwhp.

What's the difference in spool time between to small turbos compared to a single T76 or T62?

Thanks for the info. This looks like a really good kit that a lot of people would be interested in. I can't wait to see more pics.

The turbocharger still comes on really hard... I will have a dyno sheet up tomorrow or Monday that will display boost and you can see for yourself!

Thanks for the kind words

Other companies log style are prone to cracking. Not TTi. TTi definately wins the longevity award. Years of HARD duty, no cracks.
