Tell me this having your intercooler mounted there, would it sweat and start dripping water being the heat on the outside of the cooler and the cold on the inside of it cause im real interested in mounting mine in the same place?

It should not sweat. I have seen a lot of liquid exchangers in the front.

Get us some data...I might be interested if you can custom make the inlets/outlets.

What's the pressure drop at 2000cfm or 180lbs/min?

What's the thermal drop at 2000cfm 400F inlet if 50F water is used with the 5.x gallon Chisel tank and pump?

TIA

Sorry for the delay, I've been out of town. Here is what I have on the Garrett cores used. This one is for a 1000 hp core.

The air-to-water cores were run with the following parameters:

Minimum Effectiveness = 70%
Boost pressure = 2.0 Bar
Charge inlet air temp = 350F
Charge outlet temp = 100F

Cooling fluid = 75F
Cooling fluid flow rate = 10gpm

Max flow = 100 lbs/min
pressure drop = 0.47 psi

I've got customers running them with temps in the 70-80's at the end of the runs,
