Default KYTP S91 Heading to Kuwait

First off. NO, I am not marketing this setup. It was a one off build. I charged no where near enough. I lost my butt on this build in order to keep a good customer happy. It was worth it.

Take one of these.
S91

Take a few of these.
JGS 60mm WG & 56mm BOV

Throw in some headers and a cross over. Add in a 4” Down pipe.

Stuff it all in the car to see if it fits.

Beginning of a Cold side.

Link to all the pics Here:

(everyone love's turbo's and milk)

For those interested it on it’s way to Kuwait.

On a side note. I am nearly caught up at the shop. I am downsizing. Setteling in so to speak. To keep from letting customer service slip through the cracks.

Everyone knows I have a day job. I am gonna take every build one by one from here on out. Reputation means more to me than any pissing match in the feedback threads. I dont need the issues other shops have. I will keep overhead low to keep prices on my setups low. Be it a standard 6.0L manifold setup, or a full tilt big budget build.

Customer Service and Reputation is everything.

Keep doing what your doing Josh, making bad *** kits at reasonable prices.

Your kits have always been a favorite of mine.

Could you fab up a T6 truck manifold hotside? Most of your truck kits are T4's right?

I hope your around when I convert my N20 setup to a T6 single setup in 2009

The turbo is mocked up on a front clip in the shop. There is nothing left after the firewall. I test fit every setup on that clip.

I will lay out a pricing structure for the setup for you. I will be completley honest. It wont be cheap at all. I would make some changes to make the setup better though. I always find improvments.

Honestly I dont really know if it would fit. I have the DP pushed out to the passenger frame rail as far as it will go. If it fit I would imagine it would have issues with the heat. Now a vacume pump setup or something would fit fine. Then again the A/C might too.

?

I have done several T6 6.0L manifold setups. PM me details on what you are after. I will take a look at it.

Thanks to everyone else. I am glad to see the setup drawing some attention.
I dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. I may get the point where I build one setup at a time. I will be around though. I just have to control the shops growth right now. Once already it has almost gotten away from me. I am not gonna let that happen.

Josh, that looks awesome man! That is exactly how I wish my OFI setup would have turned out, but it was meant to keep AC which I don't care about. I would love for my DP to exit the passenger side like that. Assuming those are OFI headers, how hard and how much would it be to duplicate the crossover and DP?? Very interested!!

Couple other questions, how is the radiator hoses going to work out? Same question for the cold side? Can the DP be made 5" all the way back?

There are No OFI parts on this one. I actually bought the headers and crossover from a friend for my personal car. Changed some things on the headers and reworked the crossover. The Headers and 3" charge pipe are all Stainless. The 4" DP is Mild.

I could have done a 5" DP with out any issues. It just wasnt in the scope of this build. The radiator hoses have plenty of room. The Pics are a little diceiveing.

I am still trying to get caught up with my current builds right now. Doing you a crossover and 5" DP would be a problem as I keep a BMR Turbo k-member in house to mock everything up on. I will try figure up a price for you and send you a PM.

so I take it you are building kits with tubular headers now and not just iron mani's? Pics look like a very nicely designed kit! Wouldn't the a/c fit with the turbo K member without any problems?

Thanks Josh, sorry about the OFI thing .

I have the same turbo K-member. Let me know when you have some time and look forward to your PM, I can always send you my headers and S91 if you need them. Do you recomend the 3" crossover over a 2.5"? I have a 427.
