That bracket looks bad ***! Kind of similar to how I mounted mine, just a lot more professional looking than mine.
Why do the hard core race supercharger set-ups not use intercoolers? Doesn't that just shove hot air in?

The lack of intercooler and 16 injectors makes me think its a methanol burning engine.

The gear drive is cool but much harder to change boost levels if you need to.. not a simple belt/pulley change.

When the fuel mixes with the hot air in the intake manifold it cools it. You don't get this effect with EFI as the fuel is not injected until the end of the intake runner, basically in the combustion chamber.

Gotcha, I didn't realize there was such a noticeable difference in intake temps from mixing with it in the carb as opposed to the back of the intake valve. makes sense, how big a difference is usually seen? Are we talking a couple degree's, 10* or more like 40*?

What clearance issues or reasoning was behind putting the compressor outlet at 3 o'clock? Since it's straight into the elbow they coulda put it at 12 noon and saved 2 feet of piping...guess it probably makes no difference anyhow, just figure it would be cleaner. Nice set-up...

2 words... Hood Clearance.

By the way... I've heard that this setup WILL fit in a 4th gen WITHOUT cutting the radiator core support.

There are lots of options... run a shorter one, cut the radiator support and stand it up loke turbo guys do, run 2 smaller ones off to the sides, etc. Guys that want to go fast get creative.

Yes, you would use a remote mount pump and run braided lines. Most companies (Meziere, CSR, Moroso) offer remote mount options.

It's all loaded in the trailer along with my car (that he put the 2nd kit on for display) and both will be on display with the Procharger guys. Look forward to meeting some of you guys!

And no, I'm not the guy making them or selling them and I don't work for him, he just does all my fab work and chassis work. I don't have half the talent that freak has....lol!

Yes, why yes I do believe that bracket setup is the ****

Very nice setup, real race type stuff right there.

I was wondering how long it was gonna take for people to start making real race setups for the ls series of engines, looks like people are finally getting to it.

Makes me want to go out and sawzall the radiator supports right out of my sled. I wonder, if the back plate that is on that motor could also be made so that it's a motor plate as well, an all in one plate. Hmmmmmmm...........
