I use Vipec engine management system. It has built in boost controller.
I have easily 15 psi at 3500 rpm.

Those are some nice results out of the swap. You may run out of turbo again soon.

Love it dude, congrats on the numbers! Hope the track numbers work out for you too.

Just curious, why did you go with those heads and not an aftermarket casting?

After market heads aren't worth the money when it comes to FI as much as NA. Also the thin head deck issue is resolved with the pyramid rings.

Every machine shop that can bore a block can do the pyramidring installation. We can sell you the kit you need.

now you just got me. ok i get the ring, i get the machining process but in order to get the deck to have a raised "ring " around the cylinder, you would have to machine the excess metal off the deck, thats not possible with a cylinder bore machine....if im wrong please explain.....i want this done to my next motor SO EFFIN bad.

ok i went back and studied the pics.....if im correct they basicly start to bore a bigger cylinder, cut down a little ways then stop , this leaves a recessed lip, kinda like installing seats in a head. then they insert a ring that is the same bore size that as a lip sticking up on the outer edge thats raised higher then the deck.... when the "modified head gasket" that he mentioned sits around the rings it used as the filler or spacer to take the excess space so when the head is tighted agaisnt these rings theres no gap, but from what i can tell the "pyramid ring" or "insert" actualy seals"cuts" straight into the head..............correct?

Correct.

This was done in Formula 1 in the 80:s by BMW when they boosted 80 psi.
