Default Disabling the stock Fuel pressure regulator

Just as the title says. I went ahead and got a rail mounted set-up for the TA so I figured I would pull my stock intank one out but was having trouble finding info about it on here. Does anyone have any information about doing it? Thanks for any help.

Its on the return spout inside the sender. Black bulb looking thing remove snap ring and a rubber diaphragm inside can replace the bulb and snap ring.
