Nasty Performance, he can also have it wired and ready to go for you in the bucket. This is what I did. Comes back looking like a factory setup and saved me the hassle of doing it. It's tedious work with the hoses and tee and wiring such and stuffing it back into the little plastic bucket. Someone who has been doing them for a while is miles ahead of someone who hasnt done them so it was worth my time and money to pay to have it done.

Isn't that what I said tedious? It was worth my time to have them do it.

Im having trouble finding 8 gauge relays for my setup, can someone point me in the right direction? All the relays I find are in the neighborhood of 14 gauge :/ Or will I have to buy an empty socket and add wiring myself?

run separate relays.. 40a relays are 3.99 each at autozone. buck up

i have 12ga wire to each terminal of both pumps and it's no problem. (provided they are dedicated)

Well I can tell you here in the Summer Texas heat, that pump is not street friendly, After about an hour and a half of driving on the highway the pump would start cavitating because the fuel got so hot, then eventually I would loose my fuel pressure. I would have to pull over and let the pump cool off and always have to keep the tank full. We had one customer that put one of their controllers on and the controller overheated, I did install a 3 row fuel cooler that helped tremendously, but now have decided to go with twin GS340's in the tank..

This allows stock operation with the second pump only engaging under boost. I run a similar setup on my drag car with a manual switch instead of PCM control

Wait, youre running the ground to the hobbs switch? I was just going to run a wire from the battery to the hobbs and then to the trigger of the relay, then ground it the same spot I ground it the same spot as the pumps and relay. Thats ok right?

The hobbs switch can interrupt either one. The relay wont engage unless both 12v and grounds are applied

Which you interrupt is personal preference. I just prefer my switches to be on the ground side
