These are the injectors that will run real low pulse widths (for you guys scared of their size). I plan a twin 76-78 set up with these. Thanks for the injectors guys...

Do you guys make a 120lb rated high impedance injector? I see the 90's that will go 108 at 58 psi, but do you have one a step up from that? Sickness.

With your improved spray pattern and pulse width I would be curious how they would tune on a street car. That would be WAY plenty of injector for what I am doing. Are these meant to hold up to some street driving? My car generally has seen 3-5k miles per year. The only thing that concerned me are the fact they have very low pulse width and I assume very fast action.

these are factory made by Bosch.. These are not modifyed in any way. The short pulse width would not change the lifespan of the injector as it is only a magnetic field that pulls the valve open and a spring that closes it. There is a company that put these in a stock 160hp 4 cylinder and got them to idle like a kitten. These are made for CNG vehicles in Europe, mostly taxis and small busses. I would suspect Bosch expects them to last a long time. We only change the o rings to Viton and match the sets.

there is a shop installing these in the next week or so. I hope he releases a video on the operation of these so you can see.

it is all in tweaking the injector tables (putting in the values for these specifically in the tune from the manufacturer IF THE VALUES ARE GIVEN)

and then having a FPR so as MAP changes you end up getting your desired settings.

Thanks for the 3 sets of injectors I ordered from you! Quick shipping, great pricing, and I will be sure to give feedback asap. 2 supercharged c5's on e-85 and a twin 76mm street driven 03 cobra on e85.

The 160lbs injectors we've run had issues with resolution at idle. Would these have better resolution?

I'm looking at 120# or larger injectors also. Interested in idle quality.

This is for an e85 "street" car making about 1000rwhp.

i just got in 160lb high impedance ls1 injectors. (they drop in a ls1.. same length and plug) I know these would be easier to tune than the low 120's due to the low pulse rate that these can operate. I also have the injector data on these and the EFI live files needed to get them to work in a N/A or Boosted engine. They are a little pricey at 145 each, but we are offering them with a money back guaranty, who would like to try them?

So how about some numbers to qualify these statements with instead of saying they have better idle characteristics and idle like a kitten. What is their minimum pulsewidth and how long does it take to open (offset)? That will speak volumes...

will the B1203- B4003 table help? I could not load the spreadsheet but you should be able to see it as a table. i could show you also min pulse adder and my IFR multiplier but to run 160's all these tables need tweeking based on the engine. Mike from Vengeance tunes these from 1000 to the 2200 with good results. They are doing one today using the 1000's. Maybe he will chime in later
