google...
A 5 prong relay has main 12v (bigger wire), normally open, normally closed, ground, and trigger wire.
You want to run steady 12V to the main feed, normally open to the pumps, ground to a good ground, and the trigger wire to whatever you are going to use to turn on the second pump (wot swtich, hobbs, etc.).
The first pump can be wired the same except hook the trigger wire to a key on source. The factory key on fuel pump wire would be great for that...

30 = Main (constant) power connection
85 = Switched power source (trigger wire)
86 = Ground
87 = Normally open (connect to fuel pump)
87a= Normally closed (will be "hot" until the trigger wire is activated, for most cases ignore / seal off to prevent shorting out). This terminal would only be used if you wanted to DEACTIVATE something ONLY when something else was ACTIVATED.
In the diagram I made here. Use the "switch" for pump 1 (main) a key on power source, such as the factory fuel pump power wire...
For pump 2, decide how you want to trigger it and use that as your "switch". Be it a manual switch, which I dont recommend because it's too easy to forget to turn it on, hobbs or boost switch for boosted application, WOT switch (what I'm doing) etc...
