Default Fuel pressure drops, dual walbros, bad regulator?

Heres the setup: sumped cell with dual external walbros y'd into -8 with a 13101 aeromotive regulator, -6 return on E85 running at 600rwhp.

The problem, I have a guage on it and under load it drops from 45 to 25. I have each pump on a seperate relay with one pump one a 4psi hobbs switch. I have drove it with each pump disconnected and with each pump on the other relay. I checked the filters for debris (clean). I also bypassed the hobbs to run both pumps at the same time with the same results.

Bad regulator??

Default

Well I figured it out. My main RobbMC fuel filter does not flow enough and drops the pressure. Guess its time to upgrade.
