AFPR identify

Anyone have any idea what regulator this is? And more importantly is it for a low pressure carb app or high pressure EFI app and how can you tell

It's made/sold by Product Engineering, for a carb and runs around $200. I found it listed in the first link by searching for blue and gold fuel pressure regulator.
