I used it once at the track, I had half of a tank of 94 and mixed it with 5 gallons of 108 or something like that and at the track it was fine but the 40 minute ride home killed the O2's. A guy with a Grand National told me it would be fine. He was wrong. I did hear the bosch last longer.

Had the same problem. O2's didn't last more than a couple weeks at the track on leaded race gas. I now use on 104 unleaded race gas. No problems since the switch.

VP and Sunoco both have unleaded race fuel. Sunoco even has a 112 unleaded race fuel.

Are you sure about the 112? I have never heard of that. I sure hope so. Because it will be my new fuel of choice.

Nobody makes over 104 unleaded. www.ls1source, a new sponsor, says they have access to up to 114 unleaded and they can ship it.

I used 110 a few years ago and my 02's went lazy within 20 miles.

I currently run C12 but I have a FAST system now.

Huh? Nobody makes it but they can ship it? I assume you meant 114 "leaded"...right?

looks like i will only be useing unleaded for now. it should be plenty for what i want. what do yall think about just running leaded race fuel in a seperate fuel system for the nitrous? of coarse it will only be used at WOT when the spray is on. i would imagine that the O2s should last a little bit longer like that.

www.ls1source.com says they have a source for unleaded fuel. I think I know where it comes from so it's very possible it's basically a custom blended fuel. Email them and see.

PSJ,
So with the FAST unit you can use leaded fuel? is this also with the wide band o2 option with the sensors in all the time?

Yes I have a bank/bank FAST with the FAST wideband. The FAST wideband tolerates leaded fuel to a much great extent than stock 02 sensors.

Since I have a FAST, I tune off of my 3 bar map sensor and the car is tuned in speed density.

Default race fuel

we carry 110,112,114 UNLEADED race fuel. we do ship but it is expensive to. i am working with a shipper to try and get prices down. i am so far only to do this if the fuel is all going to one place. we can ship 55 or 5 gal pales. here are some quick pricing on the 55 gal drums with out shipping.
110 $375.00
112 $425.00
114 $475.00
we were debating on putting a gp together for this but it's hard to do with shipping cost. we were thinking about even delivering the fuel ourselves but would have to be on a regional basis. ohio, michigan, indiana, penn., west virginia and maybe kuntucky. we will also bring the fuel with us to major events as well. if there is enough interest in this we will put pricing together for a gp and pick up locations. thank you, bill
