1999 plastic tank filler neck diameter??? What is the diameter of the filler neck on the plastic fuel tank that the hose goes over up to the gas cap??

May not be relevant but I did a fuel cell on a metal tank car and had to neck down from a 2 inch fuel fill spout to a 1 1/4 inlet on the cell. The fuel fill had about a 3/4 air return tube inside the piping.
