Default Is my fuel system adequate?

I have the racetronix kit with wire on my 02 trans am.

So far I have 46lb green tops, ls2 fuel rail, on my 404 ls2 making 530-550 rwhp.

I also plan on using a wet kit, 100-200 shot.

I know I am fine with n/a needs, however I am worried that nitrous may require more volume than my system can provide.

Any input?

I also pondered about setting up a fuel return system like the c5 vettes do, would this do anything for me or is it a waste of time/money?

You should have a bigger fuel system for safe operation at this power level.

A return style system is preferrable for stable fuel pressure control.

run a kenny bell boost a pump with a full open throttle switch, when you NO2 comes on the kenny bell will send 18 volts to your fuel pump and keep your fuel pressure up, i have one for sale, i also used this set up for years, i was running a 150 shot but could have went with a 200 if i wanted to ,

I wouldnt run that on stock rails. I would either upgrade the fuel system with rails, return and regulator or get a stand alone fuel system for the nitrous. Just my .02

Is my current system adequate for the 404 w/ h/c/i without nitrous?, should be around 550 rwhp.

the kennybell acts as a stand alone system it will only send extra voltage to the fuel pump when your nitrous system is on and your hit 90% throttle, the throttle switch will ground the connection and turn on the kenny belll just like it activates your nitrous and fuel seloniods, worked Perfect for me

I know that the kb would provide enough pressure, but ive heard that there is a difference between pressure and flow, and sometimes doing radical changes in pressure can cause terrible effects on flow. That's kinda why i wanted to do the return in the first place as it gives a flow reservoir.
