Default Recommended fuel pump and injector sizes?

I bought a vortech v-9 g-trim supercharger kit without the aftercooler. I am also doing 1 7/8 lt headers, magnaflow catback, an ls6 intake manifold, and p&p throttle body. I will be running between 5-8 lbs of boost at the most. The guy I bought it from gave me 32# injectors (that's what he says they are) and no fuel pump. I know I will need bigger injectors, so how high should I go? Also what fuel pump should I get?

Thanks and if anyone has anything else to add, let me know.

The 32's definitely won't cut it. What's your estimate on HP when you are done? I can do the math and give you a recommendation

I'm really not sure on the rwhp at all. The guy I bought it said he was at 425 with a set up similar to what I am doing. But I want to have room for additional mods in the future up to maybe 500rwhp if I decide heads/cam down the road.

60s at least, and a walbro should do it with your power goals.

48lb injectors at LS1 pressure will flow 55.5 and will support 500RWHP

I have our design III Bosch in 48lb, flow matched within 1%, viton o-rings installed, and our 3 year no questions warranty for $299.

For the pump a 255 will support it, I don't stock them but I have our 340lph pump, same dimensions as a 255, that is on sale right now for $130 with the universal install kit.

FICINJECTORS, do you stock 60# injectors? If so how much is that set? I just don't want to be redoing injectors down the road if I don't have to and get the higher ones now. Or maybe what's the next step up from 48#s?

I have 60lb Siemens for $369.95 for the set, and I also have Bosch Design IV in 60lb for $389.

The Bosch IV is the latest design injector, and have amazing performance, They include the harness adapters.

Is 60# overkill? What if I stay at 400-450 rwhp for a long time, will the 60#s be way to high for it and cause more harm than good? Should I go with a lower # injector?

the 60's, at least if rated at 3 bar like most are, will flow almost 70 at LSx 4 bar pressure, making them capable of nearly 750CHP N/A

That said, we supply injectors for A&A Corvette for their supercharger systems, for the LS1 kit they use Siemens 60's, for LS2/3/7 they use our EV14 Design IV 60's.

Will I need harness adapters if I went with the Siemens 60lb injectors? I havent even taken apart my LS6 intake manifold that I will be installing when I do this to check things out yet...

The Siemens have the correct EV1 plug for drop in replacement. The Bosch IV comes with harness adapters included in the price.

Default Ls3 injector and fuel pump help

I have an ls3 that was running 3psi of boost in my 2001 camaro ss. It was using the 36# ls3 injectors and running rich as hell.
I am going to bump it up to 10 to 12 psi and wondered if I get 60# injectors, will i need a new fuel pump as well?
Stock ls1 pump with the inline fuel pump outside of the tank going to holley fuel rails.
