Default 700whp on 255lph and 190lph ?

I was making some changes to my twin pump set-up and I noticed one of my pumps was a 190lph.
My fuel pressure drops above 5500rpm and I start to lean out.
Is it my pumps or something else in my fuel system.

Could be your pump capacity or your fuel system.

At 700RWHP the factory regulator design will not hold steady pressure at the rail.

I offer fuel system upgrades if interested.

I'm not sure if its makes a difference but I have a Aeromotive Boost reference LT1 fuel pressure regulator.
I was thinking of changing my feed line to a -8 and using -8 lines to join to the fuel rails together.

I make just over 600whp now but I start leaning out and have to shut it down 1100 rpm early.

It makes a huge difference how the pumps are wired... if you just spliced 2 pumps together in the tank on a stock wire, you have a problem.

You also need a better power feed to the pumps from the battery.

I would worry about the pressure capability of the 190 pump.

The regulator should be OK.

I build custom dual pump kits if you want something guaranteed to work.
Feel free to give me a call.
