Looking for feedback on the scorpion 2000 cfm tb. Pros cons likes dislikes. Comparison to the fast 4150. Any Sponser feedback will help also.

What manifold are you using?

It is a nice piece for sure but would really like to test one on a mast intake with a true 4500 flange and a 4150 to see if there is any power over a accufab piece

I run one.. so far I love it...
the one thing you need to know...is that you cant just bolt it on to a 4150 flange intake like a vic jr or a super victor.. the blades will not clear the intake main entry...
you have to run a spacer...and it works better if you custom make one to shape from the scorpion blades back down to the intake flange..
it doesnt take much to do it...but some time, and a little grinding on a spacer, and its not an issue..

I run a 1" spacer with Super Victor and an extreme velocity pro carb hat...and I have a 3" cowl hood(bought it used...I think its a VFN)...it clears the hood by less than a half inch...so its tight...but it fits.

Let me go verify that on our race car...we have a NX perimeter plate sandwiched between the TB and manifold...that may be why we haven't had an issue...

Lemme check

sorry, I do not have pics...all I can tell you is that I spent a lot of time with a grinder and making the plate match up with the throttle body, and blending it down to the 4150 flange on the intake..
I would say that I probably worked on it for 2 hours total time to get it just right
