What kind of injectors do i have??? HELP

I was told they are 38lbs injectors. They have a red ring on the top. With the following numbers on the injectors!
621030
1330
D1163AA
They all so have a little marking that kind of looks like a human eye.

if they are stock then they are 26 i believe in the 2000 models. the 98 and 01-02 had the 28's
38's are huge, cant say i have heard anything about that size. but they are pointless without a upgraded fuel pump.

I would like to know to. I was told they were 38# from a Vortech Kit.
