There's always the regular rubber fuel injection hose - here's a link:

It's inexpensive, versatile, easy to work with, and has been used by OEMs for decades without problems and without fuel smells. I used it on my car without any problems.

What fittings and how many should I get to rump the line. I was only gunna do the front of the fuel rails should I do the back also and just make it a complete loop. How many AN connectors do I need and what ones

^ Look at the line you want. Under a description, it will say which fittings it's compatible with. And don't run the full length of the car unless you need to. More risk of a leak.
Draw out what you will be doing figure how many fittings you will need. Ex; Fuel feed hard line to rails is a couple feet (maybe 2) so that would need two ends and two quick disconnects. EVAP is prolly gonna be a -6 or -5. That's two lines, IIRC. Two quick disconnects for each line and two hose ends for each.
Keep in mind too it adds up fast. Depends on how dedicated you are to the car, you could wait till you need a return system. What year is the car again? LS or LT?
