need help with my 2002 z28

i have a 2002 z28 with an automatic trans . i have this weird problem when i floor it from 70 mph it somtimes wont accelerate . it feels like it is starving for fuel .i have it at the dealer so far they cleaned the fuel injectors and changed the cats but now they are saying they dont know what is wrong with it . can anyone give me some suggestions.

Have they changed the fuel filter?

yes i did change the filter a few weeks ago .it seems to only happen from 70mph but it did do it once from a slow roll (about 20mph)when i floored it.

So what kinda fuel pressure are you seeing? Any fluctuations? The possible suspects: Fuel pump, injectors, regulator. If the filter is good and the lines are ok, there isn't much left ( mechanically ).

PCM OK? Any codes? Hypertech boffo? Something go awry with that dry shot? Start by undoing the hypertech. Then the NOS.

i just spoke with the dealer . they couldnt figure it out . they said no codes were coming up . i had it back to 100% stock when i brought it in . funny thinh is when i had the hypertech on it it ran better . when it was stock the car really would stammer at 70 mph when i flored it
