External pump suggestions 500 crank hp
I'm putting a Mast cammed L76 in my Jet boat. I will be running a ls3 intake and injectors with the stock style corvette regulator. I also have a Carter low pressure lift pump to run in front of the fuel water separator. The Mast tune is looking for 58 psi with the LS3 injectors.
Tank -> Carter -> fuel/water sep. -> inline filter -> HP pump ?? -> Corvette regulator -> LS3 fuel rail
So, after doing some research, the Bosch 044 seems to be a good reliable pump and should flow plenty for this setup.
Ive looked a bit into the Deatschwerks, but those seem to be in-tank. What about the Walbro GSL392?
Any suggestions? All the marine engines I have seen seem to use this type of setup, but I dont think my stock pumps are going to make it for almost 500 hp...
Thanks in advance.
