Technically, this thread belongs either in the sponsor sale section, or the fueling section, but I know the target audience for twin pumps is the FI guys, so we'll let it slide.

Keep the thread on track please..... thanks.

Any help for those running 3rd gens? I will be running 80lb injectors, 383, vortech t-trim, and want the fuel system to be able to handle 900-1000 hp with a bigger blower later.

I already have the racetronix single harness and the walbro high pressure 255 pump.

Do I need to replace my single harness with a new dual harness?

Or should i just get the walbro 400 single in-tank pump instead of the dual 255's?

3rd Gens can use almost all the same components as used in our Buick system b/c you have a 'pump-on-a-stick' hanger.

All your wiring components would need to be changed. You may be able to re-use your Walbro pump.

Dual harnesses are still in production due to delays from a parts supplier. We hope to have them ready mid to late next week. All customers with UDPH-001 harnesses on backorder will receive our UDPH-004 which is an upgraded version at no extra cost.

Thank you!

Trying to figure out which exact harness to order from you to power my dual walbro 400's. Going into a 03 silverado SS with an 06 silverado fuel tank(for the bigger bucket). I am going to power the second pump at 5psi.

~850whp
-90 octane with methanol
-boost referenced regulator

Any harness info would be much appreciated.

Our DP510 uses GSS-series 255LPH Walbro pumps.

Can you help me piece together a DIY kit for my 98 Fbody.

I like that dual pump setup with the billet junction.

Im going to be running a -8AN feed and return through the stock feed line.

I need all the piece to modify my sending unit for dual pumps and also a way to get a -8 outlet on there.

I would like to order by the end of the day.

Tim

Bumping this to see if anyone else has installed this. I'm thinking about trying it out it still. The harness alone sounds like it may be worth it.

I guess you just plug the Hobbs switch in one if the jumper plugs? That would make it really easy to swap the primary and secondary pumps!

Any more opinions?

Currently running a single walbro 255 in my procharged gto. Adding another 255 to the system to support e85 and a cam swap. Purchased the 2nd pump and pruchached the bigger 8.1 fuel bucket to install them in. I've also purchased off of the racetronix website the double pump coupler assembly, intermediate double pump harness, hobbs interface harness, and gear clamp daul bonded pump coupler. What else do I need to get to complete the assembly?

Some of the random parts you ordered can not be used on their own and are part of larger assemblies. Our order dept has reached out to you.

Our single harness is not designed to support two pumps this is why we manufacture dual pump harnesses.

Just placed my order for dual pump assemble and harness. Looking forward to getting it in and going. Sounds like a pretty good kit if your willing/able to make the pumps fit!
