An update. I have to corner hard with less than 1/8th tank to get a drop in fuel pressure. after the initial slosh it goes right back up. I love this pump. It does need at least 3/8 pressure and return lines. I'm using the evap as a return and it is a 20 psi restriction. Screws with the pressure regulation a bit

Drill an 11/32" hole in the top of the Walbro pump in the same location as the factory pump's barb. Carefully remove the barb from the stock pump by cutting it out (do not pull on it) and press it into the Walbro.

Don't use the Walbro F90000262 with E-85
Don't use the Walbro F90000262 with E-85. The brushes dissolved in 2 months. This is the white sock i cut open after the pump failed.
