Walbro F90000267 turbine 450lph in 4th gen F-body bucket
Edit. 2021. The original pump I used disintegrated in 2 months so I had to replace it with an E85 certified pump, F90000267. I tried to update the part number in the title but I couldn't
Just got started on this today. Waiting on Racetronix wiring kit. Here's what I got so far. The pump will be inside the bucket with only the sock sticking out the bottom so the bucket will stay full of fuel and keep the pump cool.
Drill this hole to 5/8" for the sock to go up in it.

I'm really surprised at how small the pump is. It is shorter and thinner than the stock 2002 ls1 pump.
2002 T/A pump in the middle. 2005 GTO LS2 pump on bottom.
If you've got a return line and regulator on the engine this is how you remove the tank regulator. If you're staying with the stock dead head line then leave this alone. The metal tube it is mounted on is where the excess fuel is dumped. It is barbed and pressed into the hat. Only way it is coming out is to heat the end and pull. Or destroy....
Ok, this is the pump sticking through.
This is the sock sticking through.
This is the finished product. Nice and clean. Fuel drawn from tank but intact bucket to hold cooling fuel.

Fuel sender wiring
This is everything you need to upgrade the pump wiring. I was gonna stay with the chensy 18 gauge stock wire but it was melted so I had no choice. And theres no way it was gonna support the 15A this pump draws.
This fuel pump wiring kit contains the following items:
•Racetronix Fuel Pump Upgrade Harness FPWH-017 - Provides a heavy-duty power source for high-performance pumps (up to 30 amps). This harness adapts the older 150-series connector to the new 280-series connector without the need for external adapters or splicing.
•Fuel Module Electrical Bulkhead Connector Kit RCS-028 - Direct-fit 30-Amp rated connector replaces factory 14-amp unit.
•In-tank Teflon wiring harness ITWH-023 - Direct hookup to the fuel pump's connector, NO SPLICING. Compatible with Walbro, DeatschWerks Aeromotive Stealth* and other aftermarket fuel pumps. (Positive terminal on left when pump's outlet is held at 12 o'clock.)
1 Fuel Pump Wiring Kit MP150/280, Walbro 1 1 EA $79.99 $0.00 $79.99
2 Fuel Pump Harness MP150S-4M > GT280S-4F 1 1 EA $0.00 $0.00 $0.00
3 Connector, Fuel Bulkhead 4-Way 280/150 1 1 EA $0.00 $0.00 $0.00
4 In-tank Harness, 150/280, Walbro Pumps 1 1 EA $0.00 $0.00 $0.00
5 Fuel Tube, 125 x 8mm, Natural 1 1 EA $2.60 $0.00 $2.60
6 Fuel Tube, 150 x 8mm, Natural 1 1 EA $2.65 $0.00 $2.65
7 Filter Sock, 100x40mm 11mm ID, G-D 1 1 EA $5.00 $0.00 $5.00
8 Filter Sock, In-tank Fuel Pump 1 1 EA $6.08 $0.00 $6.08
Now, with the super awesome racetronix kit you still have to move the purple sender wires to the new plug. But it's pretty easy. But getting that blue clip on wasn't.
Practice on the old pump wires first. Get a paper clip or sharpen something and stick it about 3/16ths into that little hole above where the plug goes in and pull the wire out the back.
Move to new plug. Bam. Done. No special tools, no problem.
Putting the staw on is a bitch. Heat the end with a hair dryer, get help, and push like A MO FO. Pump end wasn't bad but the hat end was a real mother humper. I had to push with plyers. You could use the Chrysler spec hose that comes from APE, or I got some in my pump kit. The only marks on it are a large purple stripe full length of the hose. Or of course SAE 30r10 hose that's $20 a foot. I used straw cause I want the best stuff for E85. If you are using the F90000262 400 lph pump get the, Fuel Tube 150 x 8mm. Its the perfect length. If you are using the longer F90000267 you PROBABLY need the shorter, Fuel Tube 125 x 8mm. I wish I'd have gotten this pump now that I have the Hotwire kit. But WTF.

Just to clarify, you're running this pump in place of the stock pump, and not running this pump piggybacked off the stock one, correct? I replied to you in the other thread too, so check that out if you can.
Also, where did you buy it, and all the other things, at?

This is a much better way to install the locking ring.
This part is done but now I have to run the hotwire kit from here to the alternator. I don't know if I should run it inside the car or try to fish it underneath. Inside? And my regulator isn't coming until next week. I may have to next day air another. I can't sit around that long and this is my daily driver and only ride.

This will answer your question. this is some really good info on the pumps. Check pages 6 and 9 for part numbers and 23 for flow graphs.

? Let us know. Personally I think it will work. But you've got all that flow and you will still be loosing pressure at the rails because you dont regulate it there. I have a simple, free, full return line thread.

regulator
I wouldn't mind spending $100 on a good regulator with hose barbs but I cant find one. Everything else is AN which makes it $200 with hose. So, I found 3 hose barb regulators with gauge on Amazon. Unfortunately being $25 means they are probably lowest of quality. But I can afford to loose $25 so I got this one.
I was worried about a leak of course so I mounted it so if it ever does leak it won't be over the engine. I had to take it apart to clock it and to my surprise the diaphram is NOT rubber. Some kind of plastic. So it shouldn't rupture and leak.
Here it is mounted.

bear camp run WB histogram
Here are the results from a 20 minute run. I'm very pleased with the quantity of flow I've got. I wish I had this on the old GTO. 8# of boost with there 3.25" pulley

Link at the bottom takes you to there site. If you can read portuguese. Damn
It's impossible to find what you want on a US site. Us sites use differant part #'s and the same damn picture for every part.

Good work! I just did the same thing with a Walbro 267 except I ended up cutting a much larger hole in the bucket to fit the oversized filter that Racetronix recommended. I knew I could order a smaller filter like you but I didn't want to wait especially since I was right in the middle of working on it.
The only other note for future reference is you do not have to cut the entire regulator housing off when you remove the stock regulator....just the spring clip and regulator:

I've been following your build and love it so far

An update. I have to corner hard with less than 1/8th tank to get a drop in fuel pressure. after the initial slosh it goes right back up. I love this pump. It does need at least 3/8 pressure and return lines. I'm using the evap as a return and it is a 20 psi restriction. Screws with the pressure regulation a bit

This would be the proper in-tank harness for the F90000267 pump:
