Default Fuel System for LSA swap?

I'm trying to get a fuel system figured out for my 72 Chevelle w/ crate LSA swap. I currently am running a Tanks Inc return setup with a Walbro 255 however I'm gonna guesstimate the new combo will make 600-650RWHP and that pump will not keep up.

What are my options while trying to save as much money as I can, safely?

Get a Ricks Restomod tank with CTS-V pump module and FPMC and go returnless? Is that module even sufficient with that much power?

Would a single Walbro 400 lph be enough? Tanks Inc has a fuel module with that pump available.

Ideally I'd like to go a dual pump setup with 2 450's and go e85, but thats pushing into the $2000 category. I'd like to spend alot less if possible.

What are your thoughts on which I should do? Boys over at the CTS-V forums all have much deeper pockets than me!

Why not dual 255's? Inexpensive, proven and easy

Going returnless with an AFPR is fine. Putting the regulator close to the engine is advised

Your limitations are only the opening size of the tank or your welding/fabrication abilities.

If you have already have a Tanks Inc. setup, just go with what they recommend.
A 400 will be all you need for gasoline.

400 would be sufficient? That'd be GREAT news!

Late response (and you probably know this already), the 400 will be plenty sufficient.

Sent you a PM regarding something else (related to your LSA Swap).

I used the ctsv twin pump and Vaporworx module. Bulletproof so far.

I'm probably around 650 as well. Hasn't been on a dyno yet. I used ricks tank and ran a single 3/8 forward. They said the setup is good for 1000. I really wanted to run a factory pump tho so I could drive across the country and not worry about a race pump burning out. My setup was very costly but Carl has weld in plates to mate the new pump with your existing tank. Email Carl at Vaporworx or call him. Really knowledgeable guy and absolute best at helping you build it right. Look up Vaporworx fuel and you'll find him.
