Got my 28.8's and rail from Texas Speed! Man that was ******* quick on their part, I ordered them a couple days ago, and bamn, they are at my door today. I called and talked to Matt, GREAT guy and customer service was top notch. I just ordered the injectors, and didn't think they were still giving the new fuel rail with them, turns out I got that setup, was shocked for $60, what a GREAT deal! Everything looks great and will be installing it shortly, I think I am going to polish the fuel rails up and get rid of the black paint 
I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are looking to upgrade from the '99-'00 injectors, mine are at the max and the new 28.8's should give me plenty of room.

I just got mine from TSP as well (got them with my new LS6 intake ). I didn't know that you could polish the factory rails. Have you done this before. I've got some time before they go on my car, and might consider doing it.

If you get a dremel or polishing wheel, it will take that paint right off and start to polish them up If you mess up you still have the rails on the car to use Win Win situation

braze on some end fittings so's I can make
both rails end fed, end return and redo the
whole deal so it's Y-block fed and Y-return
from rails to reg.
Now I need to find some good stainless AN
fittings, if there is such a thing, that will
take brazing and adapt up nice to common
high pressure fuel hose & hardware. As anti-
bling as possible.
