Is that a stock unit? Buddy of mine had his 01 do the same thing. Thought it was the regulator so he replaced it twice, turned out the housing itself wast true (round) anymore causing the leak.

Stock unit with racetronix pump. Found the problem after it started breaking up on nitrous and testing fuel pressure. It's causing it to cavitate du to the returned fuel introducing air into the fuel as well as not filling the bucket fast enough.
