Default need fuel help with 55 belair with dual 255

I have a 55 belair that I am running one inline 255 pump feeding a 4.8L with siemens 60lb injectors and gt45 turbo at 10 psi. I just switched the car over to run on e85. I am running out of fuel when I get up in the 5000 rpm range. I started looking at aeromotive stealth setups. I am not sure which one I really want to go with. I see the flex syste, but only good for 500 hp on e85 so I want bigger so probably will have to go with a dual setup. But for the time being and the rest of the summer. I was thinking I have another walbro 255 inline pump sitting here. I was thinking should I just get a 6 an y and install it before the pre filter and run it into both pumps then I get another y and push it thru the last filter up to the rail. I am thinking I should beable to buy the 2 Y adapters fir just a little over 100 verse spending closer to a 1000 pretty easy right know. Please post any pictures you have showing me what you got.

Very common setup, you aren't doing anything out of the ordinary. As long as you run them parallel, you'll be fine. Y adapters shouldn't be anywhere close to 100 bucks lol.

So know I am debating should I buy the y adpaters and the unions I need to run both 255 inline pumps. Or should I just buy the holley 12-1800 inline pump and just feed it with 6 an for the rest of the year and switch feed line this winter to 8 or 10 an. I am going to take a motorcycle cruise sunday to Jegs to pick up which ever way you guys think I should go. Then I have also read were the 12-1800 is basically just 2 of the 255 in one case if that is the case I will do the y's and be about 400 cheaper. I also think If I go with the dual 255 I may go ahead and the feed line from the tank step it up to 8an instead of 6an since feeding both pumps.
