Default Speedmaster intake reviews?

looking for some feedback on the speedmaster intake..for 230 it seems to be my best alterative for my truck 6.0. this is going into my fox body mustang.(NA w/cam and headers)..sooo anyone using this intake? fitment ok? any feedback before i spend for one..many thanks

I install this intake is the sheetmetal one ? a couple of details mine came deformed on the intake flage side i have to send it to the machinist to have it cut 1.5 degrees on each side so it will seat flush on the heads the sheetmetal is really thin I dont know if thats the way it should be but after that it fix right the intake is for 3800plus rpms down low it feel really slow on the street ,other thing mine is for the rectangular port heads and for this one you need to use SBF injector rails check wich one is the correct for your aplication i have a set of FAST that i canīt use so maybe im gonna star a new engine just to use my fancy rails LOL good luck on the build

thanks for the review..i was actually looking at the alum intake they have from 1500-6500...good things to know about sheet metal one..i'm sure this will help someone!..thanks for the reply!

yea i'm in the same boat..for now i think i will run the truck intake and see where i end up first before buying it..

never buy cheap parts, they're too expensive.

Speedmaster has a horrible reputation. They're cheap copies of real speed parts.
