Default Fuel Line Size?

I’m converting my 69 Camaro to EFI and was wondering if I need to increase the fuel line size, I think the stock diameter is 5/16

does the efi setup your going with, need a return line, or is it returnless? if you need a return line you can use the 5/16 line that you already have as your return. and run a 3/8 line as your new feed. if it is a returnless system, i would still think u want to have a 3/8 line.

I’m using a Holley Sniper on this motor, I’ve read that I shouldn’t use the current return line as it was never meant as that. I already have the headers with the O2 sender installed. I’m going to use a ported Edelbrock Torker in place of the Perfomer intake manifold as I’ve also heard EFI runs better with a single plane.

I’d like to use their dual sync distributor but it’s not in the budget yet so I’ll have to go with the stock HEI for now

A line is a line. Whether it supplies or returns does not mean squat. What are you using as a return now?

Right it’s carborated so the 2nd line is just a vent line for the canister

Even so, it is fuel tolerant; is it a metal line? What size is it?
I'm just saying that if it's big enough, go ahead and use it!

FYI my stock 95 LT1 line is 3/8" supply and 5/16" return.
