is this fuel step necessary with my budget?
c6, ls2, a4. Stuck between doing a full bolton/cam/heads/stall build, OR a procharger/headers. I'm staying in the more reliable limits of drivetrain, 5-600hp max if i go FI. Car is just a fun weekend cruiser. BUDGET 8-9k, I know the procharger will take at least 6k brand new!
So, question is when it comes to the returnless fuel style, is it absolutely necessary to do a return fuel system with a aftermarket FPR at only 5-600hp? or can i just install my 340lph pump with some injectors and use the stock rails/lines/returnLESS system??

thanks for the reply! i just didnt know if the bigger fuel pump would over power the rails without a return line or an FPR

You have a FPR in your car already. I don't know if a DW300 will overpower your in tank regulator in the c6 or not, but it works in an ls2 GTO, so it might.
You'll be better off if you go to a return setup, but it's not required. You can do it fairly cheap.
