Default Shooting for 9's @ 140, 3300 lbs

Running 18psi on a cast 7875 gen 3 4.8 in front of a TH350 in my Volvo 240. 8.8 swap has been done with 3.27 gears. Basically all stock suspension, cheapest ebay shocks I could find in the back. Completely blown out shock in the front. Upgraded brakes so I can stop.

Fuel setup is Deka 80's, single Walbro 450, -6 fuel line, ECS Voltage booster(17.5v when triggered) and e85. Currently holding rock solid fuel pressure to redline and around 88-90% duty cycle around 11.4 AFR.

My current best is a 10.34 @138.5mph with a 1.80 60' at 19psi tapering to 17.5psi(out of wastegate spring).

I think the setup has 9's in it at it's current power level. I really want that 140mph slip though. 9's would be icing on the cake.

I guess the question would be if anybody see's any real issues hitting these goals with these parts? I'm going to continue to push them to find the limit.

Its a cam valvesprings engine. Everything else is stock. 216/220 .565 cam and PAC 1218 springs

Brakes cant hold enough to hit stall speed on the converter. Im guessing 3400-3600 though.

Currently shifting around 6500 bc it really starts to fall off after that. May start shifting a little earlier next time out.

Quick update from a LONG time ago. I ended up going 9.99@140 on like December 28th in 2018. Turned boost up to 22psi and cut a 1.68 60'
