Default Fuel line routing

I was wondering if anyone had a better way to route the fuel lines than stock? O. My last build, I remember the x pipe came too close and I had to wrap it. But I'd rather route them away from it, I just don't see a way without them hanging below the frame. I don't think there is room down the driver side rail because of the sfc's. Any help would be awesome.

No help on the fuel lines.... but PLEASE get those stands off those blocks like that.

That is the weakest way to put them.

Hollowstone blocks are not rated anywhere near that weight..

Thats a quick way to get crushed by a car..

Appreciate the concern. No motor, trans, or rearend.
I rolled all that out before I put the car up on those blocks. It May be a little sketchy. I guess Ive been really lucky for 25+ years. Me and my son were both in it yesterday doing a little wiring too. We had our seat belts on though. Just kidding. About the seat belts.

Exactly as you said OP, I relocated mine along the driver's SFC (-10/-8), however mine are welded in and not a 3 point design. While we're on the subject and location, you may want to consider relocating your brake lines from the tunnel area if you need to pass NHRA tech.

Even wood blocks are FAR safer than concrete blocks. NEVER use concrete blocks for anything you are going under. I never wear a seatbelt, I ride a motorcycle with no helmet, and the list of other activities I engage in would boggle most minds, but I would NEVER get under a car on concrete blocks. You have been extraordinarily lucky so far. You could probably route your fuel line over a bunsen burner and between exhaust pipes with that kind of luck.

I walk on 2 inch aluminum beams 12 to 20 feet in the air (over empty concrete pools )5 days a week. Somehow the car seems to bother me less. But I can also bench 225lbs. So I should be able to hold the weight if it falls . 💪Maybe get a couple reps in while I'm down there.😁 The car is already down and just got the Ls7 in the Kmember. I've never had an aluminum block before. I was amazed me and my son were able to pick up the short block. It wasn't easy but saved some time. Sometimes I work with what I have and it ain't easy moving a cherry picker around a small carport. Thank you GM
And I know the car weighs more than 225lbs. I know humor is not always conveyed through typed words.

Thanks for the advice. I may have to unbolt the sfc's and see if there is more room than there appears to be.
