**UPDATED** Fuel pressure dropping on boost referenced setup.
Should do away with that silicone hose and barb fitting and get a push lock fitting and hose on there.
Everything working as it should now?
So still at about 60psi FP at 13#'s boost? What was base fuel pressure?
Edit.......have you tried disconnecting the BAP to see what the FP does now that the regulator is working properly?

if i understand correctly, you were originally chasing a 6 psi drop. i would not have worried about it, but that just me. on one car i currently have a 15% drop in fp and just tune around it. a stock ls1 corvette has a drop of about 10%.

I discovered the same issue on the adjustment screw of my Holley FPR.
Testing with a MityVac that produces pressure, it would bleed off quickly. Put Teflon paste on the threads, problem solved.
My FP now rises 1:1 with boost.
Tuning around stuff like this makes no sense to me.
