Labor hours to swap fuel lines & components
I've got the '98 Camaro in my sig. My normal shop (who doesn't always satisfy my OCD) installed my current aftermarket fuel regulator near the OEM filter location, and filter is behind rear passenger seat back cushion. They said it'd be quicker than running all new lines up to the engine bay and equally reliable. But they oriented the regulator adjustment screw too close to the chassis and I can't adjust it as installed. I still have random fuel pressure drops on heavier throttle tip-in and I'd prefer to have the regulator closer to the fuel rail but unsure of preferred location for aftermarket filter in correlation to regulator. I know it needs to be between tank & regulator, but closer to tank, closer to regulator, etc. I still have the EVAP stuff on the driver side of the intake manifold.
So I checked out another startup shop today that commonly works on older Fbodies and is hungry for work. The owner estimates 6-8hours @$100/hr in labor alone to change from what I currently have to the desire routing. Does that seem excessive? But when I also inquired about my normal shop being unable to reliably locate the source of a coolant smell after pressure testing, this guy said coolant was designed to evaporate from the recovery tank. So for that reason I'm not confident in his skills and maybe I'll just have my normal shop do it.

Any other significant parts or design suggestions? Are the AN sizes appropriate? I'd like to find the right balance of flow & pressure to make the system rock solid.
Edit: Oh, I need some high-quality external sleeving for the hose also.
