Default FP Voltage and fuel pressure issues. details from data log

So I maxed 80lb injectors out on the dyno. Bought FIC 1200cc thinking Id be good. Nope. Duty cycle still in the 90s.
Car Setup: E85, Procharged Ws6 15-16lbs of boost, blower cam, etc
Fuel setup: Single Walbro 535 pump with a KB BAP, FIC 1200cc injectors, 8an Feed, 3/8" return, 97-98 corvette fuel rails with built in return, boost referenced FPR base pressure set at 58psi
10 gauge power wire to the Alternator. 10 gauge ground to chassis.

Figured I better data log my Voltage. Added Control Module Voltage to my channel list and started logging. The logs shows consistent 13.3 - 13.6 volts. This is pretty good right?
However, I have my meter hooked up. Negative to the negative ground post under the hood. Positive to the gray fuel pump connector. Voltage shows 12.6 voltage idle and cruising.

Did a short 3rd gear WOT pull to 5200 rpm, HP tuners log shows volts stayed at 13.4 - 13.7 through that pull. The voltage on the meter dropped to 0. ??? I figured with a KB BAP, I would see my voltage jump up to 17 volts or so.

So confused on this.
video of the 3rd gear pull.

I checked the voltage again using a Fluke meter and got the same voltage at the pump.
I also tested the BAP by jumping out the hobbs switch. On the lowest setting and got 15.4 volts, then turned the controller to the max setting and got 20 volts.

It looks like you have an intermittent connection to your meter. If it was truly 0 volts you would have no fuel pressure and the car wouldn't be running.

What did your fuel pressure do on the dyno?

Fuel pressure on the dyno with the 80lb injectors started at 60.4psi at 2885 rpm and dropped to 59.6 psi at 4856...unfortunately I was logging to many channels and my fuel pressure stopped logging at 4800.
I do have (3) 3rd WOT pulls on the street. All 3 see 60-62psi at the start of the run and two of the runs stopped at 6550 rpm where the fuel pressure was at 58.8 psi. Inj. D.C. was reading 92% & 97%. My boost was at 13.7psi on those pulls.

I did a pull with the new 1200cc FIC injectors and this was the results. 62psi at 2900, pulled to 6700 FP dropped to 53%. Boost was 14.6psi. Inj D.C. was at 92%

I tested the KB BAP and set the controller to the max and it reads 20 volts to the FP. At the lowest setting, the volts were 15.

I put 20psi of compressed air to my regulator and it rises 1:1 on the FP gauge in the car.

How old is your alternator?? Maybe get it tested. How tight is your belt?? Maybe slipping at higher rpm??

Voltage was data logged and stayed 13.4-13.7 through the entire pull. See the scan posted above.

Time to use that meter to check for continuity. Is this a stock alternator?? You might be asking too much from it

I'm not sure if its the stock alt. Or not. It was on the car when I bought it back in 2016. I assumed it was the stock one.
I also assumed that if it was producing good voltage then the alternator was in good shape.
