New FP gauge ... acting weird ?

New FP gauge ... acting weird ? My brand new Autometer electric Fuel Pressure gauge is acting differently so I cannot figure out which is normal. Maybe someone has some feedback on this matter.
Installed the gauge about 4 days ago, pressure was always constant at 60 psi, even when I shifted.
Today, everytime I shifted gears, it would drop down to 0 and then climb back to 60 psi about a second later.
So which is normal ? SHould the gauge drop to 0 when shifting or remain constant at a number

Poor Zoltan. I thought I had maybe helped you catch a break last Saturday with those gauges. Have you checked to make sure those fittings were still tight and not leaking any?
