Default Racetronix Questions, Quick please

I have the racetronix plug and play kit and have a question. I have directions for the in tank stuff, but nothing for the wires and relay connected to the alternator. Can I hook the stock wiring up to the top of the fuel module? It seems it would be ok since a lot of people just drop the pump in and use the stock wires. I want to put the tank back in the car and finish up. If you can help, let me know.

Thanks,
Craig.

You can use the stock wiring, but why not use the plug and play wiring? All the ends are labeled, just jack up the car and run the wires. Took me about an hour to do.

I'd love to use the plug and play wiring, but I'm not sure exactly how to wire it up, here's a pic. See if you can tell me where or how these conectors hook up.

I figured it out, too many slowing me down. It would have been easier if the directions for this part of the install had been included.

I was in the same spot you where. I was like where are the directions for the harness. I didn't even have any ..... Somewhere down the line I was sent the wrong harness for the 98 car so I was really confused. Would be nice if they would of had at least a footnote in there on what to do with the harness.

Ah, well all is well now.

I agree...I didn't realize that I had to plug the harness into the top of the fuel module and I put the tank all the way back in...I had to remove it for the second time to plug in the harness. I will say that it's been in for a while and I'm very happy with the whole setup...very very nice.

Yeah, it would have been nice to have known for sure what to do. I would have been pissed if I had to drop the tank again. I don't know about you guys but I had hell with getting the fill neck back on the tank.

You said you figured it out but If you dont mind could you tell me where the connectors hook up? Do you just plug the one plug in and use the other plug for an additional fuel pump? Is that how it works? Let me know please. Thanx in advance.

One of the connectors plugs into the top of the pump, and the other goes to the stock connector that used to plug into the top of the pump. Then mount the relay somewhere, and hook the long wire up to the alternator.
