Pro's And Con's Of Alcohol Injection? What's up? I don't know if this question is in the 
. If so, sorry...but is alcohol injection only for turbo and supercharged engines? Are there any neg's doing that to a non-turbo/non-supercharged LS1 engine? Wondering...

Yeah the benefits are cooler air temps and higher overall octane rating for the motor. So more tuning options to pull more power out of the motor. I don't know of anyone using it right now but I know it does work. Yeah FI motors benifit more due to the volume of air being introduced into the motor. Look on Snowperformace web site they have a little info on it.

if you figure the cost of headers, T-body, or a small cam change.

Meth by itself doesnt make any power if you dont make any changes to the tune. If you just have it start pumpin into the engine it will act like more fuel and the little benifit ya get from it being a fuel ya lose cause the engine is now very rich.
The big benefit, to me atleast, is the amt of tunin it makes possible. You can add a **** load more timing and go alot farther with the injectors as the meth picks up the game when it kicks in. I cant wait to get mine runin. GL
