Default Please help me with fueling concern.

I will be looking at making 700-900 rwhp through a 408, heads, and turbo. I have a Welbro 255 and wiring harness. I know this current setup will probably not be sufficient for my setup.

Money is getting short but I need to have a fuel setup that won't compromise my overall setup. Any way I could modify my current setup without going to a full scale race setup through Nasty, etc?

Any help would be appreciated!! Please remember I really am a newbie so more explanation than less is best.

Thanks!!!!!

twin 420s or a big single pump along w/ 60lb or 75lb injectors oughta do it. Hell just check out some of Speed Incs fuel systems http://www.ls1speed.com/catagory.cfm?catagory=Fuel / Cooling

We get alot of stuff from Nate at Nasty Performance. He can set you up with everything you need. Here is a pic of a system we just did for 800+rwhp

This was around $2600 I think.(didn't add it up)-aluminum fuel tank that has good clearance too.

I am happy with my Aeromotive stuff and am around that HP level. I just added their fuel pump controller and around town the fuel is staying cooler.

i was actually wondering this same thing...

what all do you need for 800+ rwhp? fuel rails, pressure regulator etc?
sorry, hope i didn't hijack but i thought it was relevant...

I saw that speed inc. has a pretty nice looking fuel system setup.... anyone know anything about this?

i have also heard good things about aeromotive

I'd say Weldon is the best fuel system you can buy, the 2345 pump can support up to 2500RWHP, not many of us are going to need more than that.

The dual intank pumps have been ran in some 900 + rwhp cars and have proven to be a reliable and quiet setup. Nasty performance sells a nice little kit that includes everything from fittings to lines to fuel rails. The only things the kit doesn't provide is a proper intank hookup and instructions but other than that it's near perfect for me. What i did was i went to ACE and picked up some fittings and was able to come up with a nice way to connect the two pumps and get it out to the -8 an fitting that came with the kit. You also have the option of running 1 pump until the second is needed which is what i will be doing.
