Default Mounting FPR before rails

Is there anything wrong with mounting the boost referenced FPR before the fuel rails rather than after the fuel has gone through them? Also is it neccessary to have a return if shooting for 600rwhp and under?

I'm getting ready to install a turbo kit and want to go ahead and get it running ASAP. I will be using the Racetronix fuel pump and wiring kit along with a boost referenced FPR and 60lb Motrons. The rest of the setup is a T76 turbo on a T6 flange, Victor Jr manifold and rails, FAST 90 TB Blah, Blah, Blah. Do you think it's neccessary for a return line and what about FPR placement?

You will get a lot more consistant rail pressure with the fpr mounted after the rails.

Installing it prior to the rails there is nothing holding it from droping like a rock back into the tank. There will be no way to keep the pressure. Always install the reg. after the rails.
