My car was running lean with mods below. Made 315rwhp then when it was tuned it made 300rwhp...

That does not seem normal at all. I run around 90% with my stock 28.8Lb injectors and I have a H/C setup. Even though it is a mild H/C setup, Its still alot more fuel than you should need. If I were you I would just get a wide band and be done with it. With a wide band I found out how useless my NB can be at WOT.
