Re: Do I need to upgrade my Fuel System?
Buy a fuel pressure gauge. That's the only way to know for sure if your pump is up to the task. If the pressure starts to dip at WOT, you'll know...
I'm going for the AutoMeter Full Sweep on my '98. I bought an Intellitronix gauge for my '94Z, and it just sucks. It stopped working reliably about 6 months after I bought it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> I'm going to take it apart and see if I can fix it (it acts like a loose connection inside the gauge portion), but this next time, I'm going AutoMeter.

if its a wet kit i would add a separate pump to sparay the gas in addition to the walbro and you will be just fine
-12 line is a rediculous amount of fuel at 60psi, enough for a 6 second pass for sure.
the 'race cars' run around 8psi 'carbuerated'

The bigger line would just allow you to have more stable fuel pressure. Race cars use -12 lines. You might give Goodridge a call, or got to their website, and look for compatible lines.
