If going from 26lb to 28lb would I need a tune?

yes, you'd run richer. but why would you take the time to swap them for 28s?

and it really takes a whole 10 minutes, definitly get them tuned in though

are these going on the setup in your sig? If so, those poor injectors are probably screaming! Double check all the orings!

My car didn't drive any differently, but it already needed a tune. I was told the stock tuning could compensate for that small of an injector size change.

Yes, these are going on with mods in sig. The injectors are probably screaming.

even though they may be free.... your gonna run out of injector. PERIOD. and i would hate for you to do all that work...and then BOOOOOOOOM , ooops 150% duty cycle and lean condition....

grab ya some 42#ers...they will do the soul good thats why i'm running

Keep your stockers in there for now, save up, injectors should be next on your list if you can. Nice setup

I dunno if I'd hose it on either set of injectors...

yea lay low on those 26's....id hate to see your duty cycle with that 100 shot.

sell your 26's for 40$ and his 28's for 45$ and thats almost half of the price of used 42's lol

u can do a cheaper method and buy some 39# injectors off an 03-04 cobra from svtp.com then buy adaptors.. and u basically have a great set of injectors for about $200...

i got 28s with my ls6 manifold, the car was tuned for 26s...i didnt see any major difference for the month i had them before i got it retuned

Thanks for all the input guys. Thing is, I havent even got to work this month. Meaning no money and that means all the money I have is for bills and lord knows I have enough of them. So I am going the cheap route for the moment. They have to be better than my 26s for now. Right?

You won't notice a difference really, lay off the spray and you should be ok until you can afford some bigger injectors. Just trying to look out for you man, hope the job situation works out

You and me both on the job. It wouldnt be that bad I just tore my tranny out and have to pay for it today and all kinds of other crap. Im not really doing the injector change for performance. The car seems like it runs lean up top and I just now got around to changing intakes, so I thought it would be a good time to change injectors. Thanks for your help and concerns.

This is correct. But your sig. clearly states that it is a wet shot. You still need a good functioning fuel system though. But for the rest of your problems, I'd change to the 28's and see if they help any, then go from there.
