around idle and low throttle where dribbling or
short-pulse delivery inconsistency might add a
significant fuel offset or imbalance. Wide open,
you just substitute pump power for solenoid time.
Probably a good trade if you have pump capacity
and are seeing over 90% duty cycle. But high duty
cycle can also be indicating it's fighting the
line pressure drop already....
